Refund Policy

Due to the personalized and time-intensive nature of our services:

• Consultation fees are non-refundable.
• Service fees paid for university applications, visa assistance, or relocation guidance are partially refundable only if no work has been initiated. Once documentation has been reviewed or processed, refunds are no longer applicable.
• In cases of visa denial, we do not offer refunds, but we may provide limited post-denial support where possible.
• Each client’s case is handled with care and professionalism. Disputes or concerns should be communicated in writing within 5 business days of the issue.
